Data preparation and initialisation
Good data is important to a successful implementation.
We help identify what data needs to be brought across, cleaned up or initialised. This may include customers, suppliers, items, jobs, pricing, inventory, historical records or opening balances, depending on the solution.
Custom apps and workflows
Many businesses come to us because their processes do not fit neatly into standard software.
Where needed, we build custom apps and workflows to support the way your team actually works. These can be refined during implementation as users test the system and provide feedback.
Training and user adoption
A system only works if your people can use it confidently.
We provide practical training and walkthroughs based on real workflows, not generic software demonstrations. The goal is to help your team understand how the system supports their day-to-day work
Go-live support
When the system goes live, we help your team through the transition.
This may include answering questions, resolving early issues, refining workflows and making practical adjustments based on real-world use.
Ongoing improvement
As your business changes, your system may need new reports, workflow improvements, additional users, integrations or custom apps. Through our ongoing support and Premium Service Plan, we continue helping you improve the system over time.
