Initial Discovery Call
It all starts with a discovery call which may take anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour depending on your situation. During this call we'll talk about your current systems and the problems you want to solve. This helps us understand if we can help you.
Requirements Review
If we think we can help, we will start gathering your requirements. We take a closer look at your workflows, users, reports, spreadsheets, systems and manual processes. The aim is to turn business complexity into clear requirements before recommending a solution.
Ballpark Estimate
Before too much time is invested, we provide a realistic indication of the likely investment. This may consider users, custom apps, integrations, implementation effort and ongoing support needs.
Solution Presentation
Once we are confident that we fully understand your needs, we will present you with a solution tailored to your business goals. If there is anything we have missed then this is your chance to provide more information so we can revise the proposal.
Proposal and Pricing
We'll email you a proposal outlining the recommended approach, scope and pricing. This is a single monthly fee covering software licences and our Premium Service Plan for implementation, onboarding and any custom development required.
Approval and Kick-Off
After approval, we confirm priorities, key contacts, users, data requirements and the first stage of implementation. This helps keep the project focused and ensures everyone understands what happens next.
Implementation
We configure and build the solution, which may include platform setup, custom apps, data initialisation, reports, dashboards, workflows, permissions and third-party integrations. Our approach is practical and staged, focusing first on the areas that deliver the most value.
Onboarding and Training
We help your team learn the system and transition from old processes to new workflows. This may include training, process walkthroughs, go-live support and early adjustments based on real-world use.
Ongoing Improvement and Support
Your business will continue to change, and your software should change with it. Through ongoing support and our Premium Service Plan, we help refine workflows, add features, improve reports and support your business over time.
